All pieces are original, and made by the designer, Jessica Elliot. They are cast from wax carvings or metal, and/or hand made or wire-wrapped with precious or semi-precious stones. They are all individually finished and assembled. Due to the nature of stones and hand-crafted work, they may differ slightly in shape and/or color from the picture on the site. However, each piece is picked to reflect the highest quality possible. All Metal on the site is either Sterling Silver, 14 Karat Gold Filled or Plated, or 14 Karat Gold-including everything from the main piece, down to each jump ring, clasp or tag. If you want to know whether a modification is possible (in length, color, stone, material, etc.), e-mail us before you place the order. We will get back to you as soon as we can answer your question. We'll let you know if your request can be met, and if there will be a price difference. If you have received an e-mail that your request CAN be met, make sure you re-type the request in as much detail in the comments/requests section in the shopping cart when you order. Every piece you order is shipped out in black velvet pouch with our logo. This is especially convenient if you want to ship someone a gift- it doesn't have to be wrapped. If it is a gift and you don't want the invoice in the shipment, let us know and we will leave the invoice out of the shipment.
